All our-team members go through a rigorous traing programme to ensure Health and safety is paramount in our business and therefore minimises all risks.
Conventional building projects provide a challenging environment in which to operate. Construction teams are often exposed to unpredictable weather and numerous conditions that may compromise site safety.
Modular buildings meanwhile are assembled in a controlled environment where production is closely monitored and safety procedures are strictly adhered to eliminating any concerns of conventional building practices

- Our Modular buildings are manufactured and refurbished to comply fully with current Building Regulation and Health and Safety legislation
- Building installation method statements and risk assessments are project specific and are prepared following a detailed site survey

- A full Health & Safety policy is available for your perusal
- Our fully trained teams include Slingers/Signallers / AP's / IOSH & SMSTS Site Supervisors / CPCS / CSCS
Spacebuilder uses these processes and procedures to reduce Health and Safety risks by ensuring minimal site works and disruption. Site specific Project Health and Safety Plans enables us to strictly manage and monitor on-site working, sub-contractors, vehicular traffic and the reduction of material / equipment deliveries to site. Ensuring a Safe and Efficient Working Environment for all.
