Our relocation services cover full site surveys prior to movement and demounting to minimize risks to the barest minimum. We also provide comprehensive Safety Documentation (including Method Statements and Risk Assessments) and submit these to clients for approval before we start the relocation process

Lease Purchase; this is the rent-to-own option that allows clients rent for a specific period of time with payment of the option fee aster certain terms and conditions have been duly met

At SpaceBuilder, we take health and work safety very seriously. To this end, we ensure that our operatives carry CSCS Safety Training Cards as a necessity and we have qualified in-house Slingers/Signallers/AP's/IOSH & SMSTS Site Supervisors working directly onsite for all haulage/crane operations during building demounting, movement and installation.

We provide full RAMS for all works and we also provide Crane Berthing Studies and Traffic Management Schemes where applicable.

SpaceBuilder is a member of MPBA, CHAS and Construction Line and we are industry-compliant; As part of these certifications we are externally audited annually with respect to our health and safety procedures
