The School required a building to accommodate a Before and After School Club within the school grounds
Wellfield Infant & Nursery School were delighted to take ownership of there New Modular Building. The building is to be used as part of the Extended School Agenda and is already housing our Before & After School Clubs & holiday clubs, who themselves are thrilled at the first-class standard of the new accommodation. Spacebuilder project managed everything from planning and construction to handover including Health & Safety management, electrics, fire safety. disability access etc.

The delivery of the building was 'something else!
Because there wasn't adequate access from the Wellfield Infant site another solution had to be sought; and of course, it was, with the same integrity as the other aspects of the build. Gaining access from Wellfield Juniors, a track was laid across the field and the building components were brought in from there
I would therefore like to extend a huge thank you to Spacebuilder for the superb support they gave us every step of the way, and to anyone thinking of a similar project I can recommend Spacebuilder unreservedly....

From initial enquiry, we had professional contractors on site within days to assess the project and advise on different options and restrictions. With having no existing plumbing available, the initial survey was crucial to assess the possibility of the project from its onset.

During installation Ian and the project team were excellent, they communicated with us daily, and kept us fully involved in the process at every stage, they even included the children when the building was being craned on site, which they found very exciting.
The knowledge and experience of all the team made the installation run extremely smoothly. The quality and finish is excellent, as is the after-care support. I can highly recommend Spacebuilder if you are considering putting a mobile unit on site.

Really impressed with the overall results
Quick update regarding the successful container lifts by Spacebuilder Ltd….Apart from the artic being extremely late. The work and attitude towards Safety from the 2 guys involved with the loading and banksman duties was brilliant.
Mike was one of them and I can't recall his colleague's name my apologies.
I was really impressed with the overall results and so was Paul Henderson UU management Lostock.
