Overview:
2 5 Bay Modular classrooms building 9.95m x 15m, which included an entrance Lobby, double classroom space and cloaks with storage. This project was a turnkey project which included the following services to the site including Electrics and foundations. The site was finished off with a fenced off safety area and DDA compliant ramps and steps
The Problem
The School needed additional teaching space to cater for the growing sixth form centre

To provide 2 Modular buildings which would provide a facility quickly and within budget

Spacebuilder Limited provided 2 fantastic Modular classroom buildings which could take 120 additional students within an eight -week period during the summer holidays
