Overview:
A 5 Bay Modular classroom building 9.95m x 15m, which included a central entrance Lobby, DDA WC facility, 2 Children’s WC’s with wash hand basins, a fully fitted kitchen, A staff office and storage and two 59.7 sq. m of classroom space to both sides. This project was a turnkey project which included all the services to the site including Electrics, Water, Waste, and drainage plus foundations. The site was finished off with landscaped grassed area and additional tarmacking to the playground
The Problem
The school was desperately short on classroom space and needed a requirement for a pre-and after school building
The Solution
To provide a Modular classroom building which would be ready for the start of the new school term

Spacebuilder Limited provided a fantastic Modular classroom building including all the works during the summer holidays therefore with no disruption to the school – all completed within an Eight-week period
